Give your body relief NOW! This full hour massage is customized with appropriate pressure, stretches; various massage techniques and a hot or cold compress. Your therapist will dedicate as much time as needed towards treating your hands, wrists, neck, shoulders, arms and hips.

The goal of this treatment is to target the symptoms most typically caused by tech-age activities; such as shoulders rolled forward, sore wrists, stiff joints and knotted neck muscles. We will include a special therapy bolster precisely placed on the treatment table to open up your hips. Specific stretches will be included to help alleviate stiffness and soreness.

Pre-Natal Mamassage

Expectant Moms must be post first trimester or accompanied by a written Physicians prescription. During your massage special pregnancy cushions and body pillows are utilized to support and assist with comfort. Your therapist will perform nurturing and specific pregnancy massage techniques. You will enjoy a refreshing tangerine or relaxing lavender oil that has therapeutic effects on both your mind and b ody. Your baby will love it too!
